How refunds, cancellations, and billing issues work for Nudle subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Last updated: May 7, 2026

The short version

You can cancel your Nudle subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the billing period already purchased unless required by law or approved after review.

Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for Nudle. Paddle handles checkout, taxes, receipts, invoices, payment support, and approved refunds. Nudle provides the Service; Paddle processes the payment.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal or by contacting hello@nudle.dev. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, you normally keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be approved where:

  • There was a clear billing or checkout error
  • A duplicate subscription or duplicate charge was created by mistake
  • The Service was materially unavailable due to an issue under Nudle's control
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law

We generally do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, unused scans, unused prompts, unused reports, or cancellation after a billing period has started, unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@nudle.dev with the email address used at checkout, your Paddle receipt or transaction reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue. You may also contact Paddle directly for billing support at paddle.com/contact-us.

Processing time

If a refund is approved, Paddle processes it back to the original payment method. Bank, card, and payment-provider processing times vary by country and payment method. Paddle will send confirmation when the refund has been processed.

Plan changes

If you upgrade, downgrade, or change billing cycles, the billing portal may apply Paddle's standard subscription adjustment logic. Any credits, immediate charges, or renewal changes shown at checkout or in the billing portal are controlled by Paddle's billing system.
